IRRIGATION SYSTEM
Automatic irrigation system is a complete combination of pipes, vanes, electrical connections and sprinklers to provide fine and proper irrigation for plants. It saves up to 30% of water for irrigation and greatly prevents fungi diseases on plants because of proper irrigation. The system pays for itself by saving manpower and time. It is significant to make a professional application for the system to run fine.
It is possible to use various materials to establish an irrigation system and so the price is also various. When establishing an irrigation system, excavation should be in correct depth and the system should be divided into more than one zones. Pressure calculations should be done for minimum pressure loss and for the sprinklers to run and the right sprinkler should be selected according to this calculation. Sprinklers having the same flow rate should be collected in the same line and sprinklers should be placed in correct distances to supply equal irrigation. The system should be established considering the possibility that the system can be expanding in the future.
The system will be supplied by a tank and water booster and is designed as full automatic that can be programmed from one point for the changes in the plants and seasons. Grass fields on site will be irrigated by sprinklers, and boskets and ground covers with weeping lines. Hardened polyethylene pipes circulating the entire field and supplied by a water booster from the water tank provides water to selenoid valves on the main lines and ancillary lines. Hydrants, supplied from irrigation system, are used on site to enable hose.

These hydrants can block the water on the main line, when required. Full automatic system is composed of selenoid valves, sprinklers and timers, fittings, and pipes. Employer will be supplying water tank, water booster and fittings, and establish them. Daily water consumption, in case all the system runs, will be 10 l/day, depending on the dimension of the field. Irrigation water should be moving down 15-20 cm in grass fields.
